Nakar’s FAQ’s or ‘the things you’re always wondering about’

We know that there are tons of things you may wonder about before visiting Nakar Hotel. So we though the easiest way to answer your questions, was to make a Nakar-kind-of-FAQ’s for you. So let’s roll & answer some common questions.

Is my breakfast included in the room’s price?
Let’s say it right now: YES, yes and yes again. Your buffet breakfast is included when paying a room at Nakar Hotel, we don’t want you to get up and leave ASAP, and you have to start the day in the best way, right?

Is there parking in the hotel or where can I park my car?
No, we don’t have parking at the hotel. We’re located right in Palma’s city centre and with this privileged location you’ll be able to walk anywhere. But if you’re still coming with a rental car, you can park at the ‘Paseo Mallorca’ parking, 200 metres away from the hotel. This parking is open 24h and it costs 0.032105 €/minute.

Do I have free Access to the spa when staying at Nakar Hotel?
Of course you do, spa Access for guests is not only free, but a MUST, as we want you to relax. The spa is open for hotel guests from 8h to 20h.

Can my kids go to the spa?
We love kids. But we also know that there are spaces that shouldn’t be available for them. Our Nakar spa is a quiet area; it’s a space for relaxation and tranquillity. That’s the reason why kids under 16 are not allowed on our spa.

Can I have twin beds in my room?
As you already know ‘we love to take care of you’. We are happy if you’re happy. So, YES, all our rooms have the possibility of twin beds, you just have to let us know in advance so we can have it all ready for you!

Can our son / daughter sleep with us on the double bed?
Holidays are meant to be relaxing. At Nakar Hotel we take guest experience very seriously and due to our mission of taking good care of you, we do not allow to accommodate more than 2 people in our double or superior rooms, as this would interfere with the Nakar experience. Our junior suites and suites offer the possibility of accommodating a child under the age of 12 on a sofa bed.

Do you have rooms for families?
Nakar Hotel has something for everyone. What we’ve got for your family is connecting rooms for families from 3 to 4 people with 2 double beds (or 4 singles beds) and two bathrooms, being separated through a single door, offering both rooms tons of privacy. So answering your question, dear families: of course we have rooms suitable for families!

Can you add an extra bed for our child?
Just like we mentioned before, the Nakar guest experience is one of the most important points on our list. And our double and superior rooms don’t have enough space to add an extra bed. So if you’re thinking about booking and adding an extra bed, you should go for one of our junior suites or suites to accommodate your child.

Is the rooftop pool heated?
No, our rooftop pool is not heated. It’s really nice in summer and spring, but in winter or autumn, it’s better our guests enjoy the heated indoor pool of our spa.

What does the ‘free minibar’ of the NKRPROMO include?
VERY VERY important question. We would ask too. We’re all about snacking the day out, so we know the importance of knowing what to expect. As a ‘thank you’ for booking directly through our website, you’ll have the first ‘charge’ of your minibar for free.

Everything you’ll find inside your minibar when arriving will be not charged. Once the different products of your minibar are gone, these will be replaced with new ones. If the new ones are eaten too, these will be charged though. So, to get it right: first ones are free!

Is the rooftop open for non-hotel guests?
We are completely in love with our rooftop. If you’ve seen some pics, you know that you’ll get some pretty AMAZING views of the city while soaking up the sun up there. The Nakar rooftop is exclusively open for hotel guests until 19.00h. Starting at 19.30h, the bar on the rooftop is also open for non-hotel guests in rooftop opening hours (19.30h – 00.00h).

On the day of my checkout, if my plane leaves late, can I get a late check out?
If it were for our team members, they would always fly to the moon and back to offer you only the best experience. When it comes down to late checkouts, they completely depend on availability. On the front desk we will be happy to let you know if you can get one on your check out date. But we also have to say that in high season it’s probable that late checkouts mean extra charge.

I’m leaving very early, can I have an early-breakfast?
Going right back at our number one question: always always say YES to breakfast. At Nakar Hotel we’ll be happy to offer you an early-breakfast, you just have to let us know before 20h of the day before, so our kitchen team can organize an early-breakfast (fruit, sandwich, yogurt and juice) either to eat at the hotel or to take-away.
