Oh, happy day! We have to admit that good weather makes us smile. This Mediterranean island is just perfect to be enjoyed on sunny days. And now that we’re saying ‘hi there, June’, we’re also kind-of saying: ‘hi there, summer’!

We can’t control ourselves. As soon as we see the sun shining, we just have to think about the stunning beaches all over the island. As you already know, we’ve got over 250 beaches to choose from. Our first ‘June must’ is one of our all-time favourite activities: renting a boat & discovering a hidden cove. When visiting Mallorca, you can easily explore the capital city by foot, but when it comes down to heading to the beach, we recommend you to rent a car.
You will be able to go all the way from North to South and East to West discovering the most beautiful beaches you’ve ever seen. And even though by car you will be able to access most of them, there are some hidden gems that you can only reach by a long walk or boat. This is why we’re saying this is a ‘must’. Hopping on a boat is the ultimate Mediterranean dream, isn’t it? There are plenty of towns you can rent a boat in. Just approach the front desk, let us know what direction you’re heading and we will recommend the perfect spot to rent a boat for the day. Agreed?
The following ‘June must’ could also perfectly be a ‘plan for a day’, but we will give it to you as the perfect present to enjoy June on the island. You’ll start by having lunch at the beach restaurant (what we like to call ‘chiringuito’) at Cala Deià, a charming cove with amazing views.
Once you’ve had lunch, you can stop by ‘Sa Fonda’ in Deià, a cool bar with live music and a bohemian vibe. Spend the rest of the evening with a gin & tonic and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The perfect ending for your day will be the sunset. You’ll stop at ‘Na Foradada’ to enjoy Mallorca’s most impressive sunset. It is located in the heart of the mountains, between Cala Deià and Caló de s’Estaca. Watch the sun go down and just soak up the beauty of the Mediterranean.
Last, but not least, you cannot forget to enjoy our rooftop & its wonderful pool with views over the cathedral and the bay to sunbath and give you the well-deserved holiday-feeling.
