Front Desk

 

NAKAR Hotel

Design hotel with 57 rooms

Located in Jaime III, Palma de Mallorca

 

Main tasks of the job: 

  • Be available host to guests upon arrival and during their stay.
  • Perform the processes of check-in and check-out, according to the processes established by the hotel.
  • Customer service and complaint management, together with Guest Experience.
  • Encourage the sale of up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Management of reservations.
  • Appropriate attention of VIP clients and repeat guests.
  • Coordination of attention to needs to staying guests.

 

Requirements for the position:

  • 1-2 years of highly regarded and valued experience in boutique hotels.
  • High level of English, other languages such as German or Swedish will be highly valued.
  • Knowledge of PMS, also SIHOT would be very valuable.
  • Top level customer guidance and attention.
  • Diligent and responsible person.
  • Ability to work in teams.
