Autumn fairs across the island

From agricultural fairs in towns like Inca or Llucmajor to artisan markets and food festivals, autumn is a great time to discover the authentic Mallorca beyond the beaches. Some of our fav’ fairs this time of the year are: Fira Dolçe in Esporlas, Fira del Pimentón in Felanitx and Fira del Esclata-sang i la Muntanya in Mancor de la Vall.

Traditional winter festivities

Another must during the colder months are the traditional winter festivities. It all starts with Christmas markets all over the island. And goes on until the Three Kings Parade on January, the 5th. Don’t miss Sant Antoni (January), with its bonfires, devils and traditional blessings, and the Festa de l’Estendard (December 31st), celebrating Palma’s history with parades and events in Plaça de Cort.

A spectacular moment! Twice a year (on 2/2 and 11/11), the morning light aligns perfectly with the rose window of La Seu, creating a magical visual effect inside the Cathedral. A true must-see!
