Front Desk
NAKAR Hotel
Design hotel with 57 rooms
Located in Jaime III, Palma de Mallorca
Main tasks of the job:
- Be available host to guests upon arrival and during their stay.
- Perform the processes of check-in and check-out, according to the processes established by the hotel.
- Customer service and complaint management, together with Guest Experience.
- Encourage the sale of up-selling and cross-selling.
- Management of reservations.
- Appropriate attention of VIP clients and repeat guests.
- Coordination of attention to needs to staying guests.
Requirements for the position:
- 1-2 years of highly regarded and valued experience in boutique hotels.
- High level of English, other languages such as German or Swedish will be highly valued.
- Knowledge of PMS, also SIHOT would be very valuable.
- Top level customer guidance and attention.
- Diligent and responsible person.
- Ability to work in teams.
