Best brunch spots in Palma

We don’t really know if life had any sense before someone (someone really intelligent) invented brunch. Mixing breakfast and lunch was one of the best inventions in late human history and we think that you most definitely agree with us when we say: we’re up for brunch any time!

So, this article has been specially designed for brunch-lovers like you and me, as we want you to discover the best places to have brunch when visiting (or living) in Palma. Ready? Let’s brunch!

Santina got it right from the beginning

When in Palma, the neighbourhood of Santa Catalina is a must. With its lively (and daily open) market, cool shops and boutiques and buzzing restaurants, it is one of our favourite neighbourhoods (you can read some more about Santa Catalina by clicking here).

Santa Catalina is home to ‘Santina’, a fun and trendy space where you can enjoy brunch all day, every day. As they say, they ‘love to make food for the city that loves to eat it’. We’re here for it!

Sunday brunch at Nakar Hotel

Not to brag too much, but we kind of invented Sundays-fundays. Why? Because we like to live it up at our restaurant CUIT every Sunday by offering our hotel guests and external clients the perfect brunch experience. Mainly it’s about you having really good food.

But we like to add a special extra to it: live music by our DJs and killer views over the cathedral and Palma’s bay. No place we’d rather be, right? See you every Sunday from 12h to 15h. Price: 25€ p.p.

Brunch it – the newbie in town

We love to see new cafés and restaurants joining our #brunchfever. And there’s a newbie in town that is already winning over many hearts (and tummies). ‘Brunchit’ is a new café with a fun concept offering brunch (in addition to breakfast and lunch) for everyone.

This means that there are also veggie and vegan options available. Their concept was born in Bali 6 years ago and now there are ‘brunchits’ in Alicante, Málaga, Marbella, Sevilla and Mallorca. Not bad, right?

Surry Hills Coffee – from Australia with love

Surry Hills Coffee is another one of the new places to visit when looking for a nice place to have some brunch in Palma. With excellent specialty coffee and the Australian brunch as a start point, their philosophy is all about achieving an honest kitchen, prioritizing fresh organic seasonal products.

They landed in Palma after opening cafés in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Miami, United States. From Australia with love!
